I received a replacement for size from a large to a small. The process was excellent. But the small size was a very wide fit and too long. I am 5’1” and the fit
Is still at odds to the photo in the picture. Fabric, colour and design remains up scale. And because your Service department was so friendly and personable I will continue be your customer. I would suggest that your designers revisit the sizing issues for short-statured petite clients. Then refigure the sizing labels.
