SHIPPING POLICY

All orders are processed Monday through Friday 10AM - 5 PM (EST). If you place your order after 1pm (EST), on the weekend or a holiday, it will be processed on the next business day.

SHIPPING RATES WITHIN CANADA

 

Partner-brand shipping fees may apply separately to Terrera Marketplace products and will be shown at checkout.

 

TERRERA MARKETPLACE SHIPPING

Terrera Marketplace brings together products from selected partner brands. Each partner brand ships its own products, so an order containing Terrera products and Marketplace products, or products from multiple partner brands, may arrive in separate packages, with separate tracking details.

Partner brands may charge an additional shipping fee, even if the Terrera portion of your order qualifies for free shipping. Any applicable partner-brand shipping fees will be shown at checkout.

Processing and delivery times may vary by brand. The delivery estimates below apply only to products shipped by Terrera.

 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING 

For international orders outside of Canada, please note that we are not responsible for any customs, duties and taxes charged upon delivery. Shipping fees are calculated at checkout. Shipping times will vary between 7-14 Days. International shipping availability, fees and delivery times for Terrera Marketplace products may vary by partner brand and destination.

These are estimates only. Actual shipping time may vary depending on our carrier and other circumstances beyond our control. Terrera Marketplace products may arrive on a different timeline, as each partner brand manages its own shipping.

1. Orders made within Canada will be processed in 1-3 business days.
2. Once your order has shipped, we will send you an email with a tracking number. You may check the status of your shipments via our carriers' websites.
3. Please include a note in your order if you need it to be delivered to a PO Box or postal station. Your shipment may take longer as this requires special handling.
